Educator status verification problem!

Hello,

 

I need to verify my educator account. I've been trying for 10 days, but I haven't been able to get any results. Even though I uploaded official documents proving that I am an educator, I haven't gotten any results so far. I have only 2 days left for verification. Is there an authorized person who can help me with this?

I've been trying to contact Figma from many places, but I still haven't gotten a response in 10 days. Unfortunately, there's only 1 day left for my account to be verified. 1526143 Yes, the email address in my application with this number is the email address linked to my Figma account.

 

You wrote that you added extra time for the verification process, but unfortunately, I still don't see the extra time; I only see 1 day.

I sent an email to education@figma.com and submitted the necessary documents, but I still haven't received a positive or negative response. What should I do about this?
