i tried to re-verify my education plan tied to the email- (redacted by the moderator due to PII)
its been a long time and im still not able to access the features an educational plan has. its just like using a free plan. im getting this ‘successfully verified’ message but its doing nothing. I need an education plan as im doing an internship and in my second year of bachelors. kindly look into the problem.

I was able to locate your support ticket (#1626084). Can you confirm that the account you’re currently logged into is the same one that was verified?
Even after an Education account is approved, your team may still need to be upgraded to the Education plan. You can do that by following this Application process:
