Education Verification Sync

I verified my Education status with SheerID but Figma still requires verification from me. After contacting SheerID support, they have confirmed that I am verified, and that Figma needs to reset the sync status. I sent several emails to Figma Education but have received no responses.

For the record, here is my verification confirmation from SheerID:

Please advise on what I should do to ensure sync between my SheerID verification and Figma Education activation. Thank you.
