Just to clarify how this works on our side: education verification is handled entirely by SheerID, and we’re not able to manually review documents or verify accounts from Figma directly.
A couple of things to help move this forward:

Could you let us know what response you received from SheerID when the auto-verification failed? That will help us better understand where things might be getting stuck.

Please make sure you’re applying with the correct university-issued email address for your new school (Chittagong Independent University). The email domain needs to match your institution for verification to work.

If SheerID asks for documentation, they’ll need to review it directly. The best next step is to reply to SheerID or contact them again so they can take a closer look at your case. You can contact Sheer ID support by filling out this form here.
