education verification

figma keeps on not accepting me as the education version while others in my class are accepted. I get this text “Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the forum.” from figma forum comunnity but my edu status still won’t work

The message you received confirms that your Figma Community forum account was activated, but it doesn’t confirm your Education status. 

Could you confirm if you’ve completed each step in the higher education application process?

  1. Log in to Figma using the account you want to verify.
  2. Make sure the account uses your school-issued email address. If needed, you can update your email address before applying.
  3. Visit the Education status application page.
  4. Select Higher Ed as your institution type.
  5. Agree to the terms of service and click Submit.
  6. Complete the SheerID form using your school and personal details.

If you’ve completed these steps but still can’t verify your status, please contact SheerID at figmasupport@sheerid.com for further assistance.

i didnt not receive a email from sheerid.com to verify my email what should i do and eductional pack expires in one day

yeah i did that last 4 month but still doesn’t get mail that confirm education status. the only mail I get is activated 1

It sounds like your Figma Community account is activated, but the education verification itself has not gone through yet. I would double check that you are using your school email and that your student information matches your school records. If everything looks correct, contacting Figma Support with a screenshot of the activation message might help them manually review your education status.
