I am an admin and educator of a higher education institution. Students are invited via their university-issued e-mail and they have their status verified.
I have created files for the groups of students, and when inviting them to the files, a warning saying “An admin needs to update this seat so they can edit” for every student. On the Admin page, where I would normally change seat types, the “Seat type” column is simply not showing.
How do I change seat types for my students?
