Hey everyone, 

I successfully authenticated my student status through SheerID, they have confirmed that all my information was correct. Somehow my status was still not transferred to Figma and I don’t have access to my education account, does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue as I have already reached out to education@figma.com about a month ago and haven’t heard back yet. 

Or who I could possibly reach out to instead or through a different medium?
