I have already contacted SheerID support and they have been unable to help me get through the verification limit. I was given access to an alternate email ID but that lets me have only limited access to my school files. This is urgent, please!

Since verification limits are managed directly by SheerID, the next step is to continue working with their support team and follow the instructions they’ve provided, as we’re not able to reset verification limits on our side. I’d recommend reaching out to SheerID Support directly here, explaining the situation, and CC’ing the Figma Education team (education@figma.com) in your reply so they have visibility and can stay in the loop if needed.
