Hi there, 

I have reverified my education plan multiple times and have received emails that I am verified and my educational plan is activated, but in Figma I still see the notification “Education status expired.” 

 

Please advise.

To make sure we’re on the same page — since the verification process can vary depending on your school — have you already been in touch with SheerID? They manage verification for higher education and can provide the most direct guidance. You can contact them through this secure form: Contact SheerID support team.

If things still aren’t resolved after that, please loop in the Figma Education team by CC’ing education@figma.com. They’ll review everything together with SheerID to help get this sorted.
