Education Plan Verification

I keep getting this message:

“We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”

But I had already verified my school email with FIGMA but whenever I use FIGMA I am still on the free version. When I click on free to upgrade to pro, I don’t see a education plan at all.

From what you described, it sounds like you don’t see an Student plan option, even though you believe you’ve already completed verification with your school issued email— is that correct?

 

It also looks like you’re applying under the Higher Education category. Just to confirm, have you already verified your student status through SheerID?

I checked on our end, but I’m not seeing an active, verified Education status associated with the account you’re posting from. To help narrow this down, could you please let me know:

  • Is it possible that you have another Figma account and were logged into a different account when you submitted your Education application?

  • Did you see a “verification limit exceeded” message at any point during the process?

Once I have this information, I can check with our team and help investigate the next steps.
