Dear Figma Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance regarding my Figma Education plan.
I successfully completed student verification through SheerID, and the Education plan was initially applied to my account. However, I accidentally signed in first using my personal email address, which caused the Education plan to be associated with that account.
Afterward, I updated the account email to my educational email address. Following this change, the Education plan was removed and my account reverted to the Basic plan.
At present, I am experiencing the following issues:

My role still appears as “Education”

My plan is now listed as “Basic”

I receive a “Verification Limit Exceeded” error when attempting to verify again
SheerID has confirmed that my student verification was successfully approved and advised me to contact Figma Education Support directly.
