Everyone in my class was able to get verified, except one student. She still gets the 7-day limit banner after several verification attempts. SheerID page says she reached her max attempts…

Please contact SheerID directly, since they fully manage the verification process for higher-education students. They’re the only ones who can review her attempts and reset the limit if needed.
