Education plan not available after being verified

Please contact SheerID directly, since they fully manage the verification process for higher-education students. They’re the only ones who can review her attempts and reset the limit if needed.

Fix my account.  Please.  I need to get work done.

Everytime I try to upload files into Perplexity to read and highlight it pushes me out to something like “do an upgrade”   I am a student.  I sent them my documents which were accepted

I want to make sure I’m understanding this correctly. When you mention “uploading files into Perplexity to read and highlight,” could you share a bit more about what you’re trying to do there?

I can see that you account is still on the free Starter plan. Just to double-check, did you receive confirmation that your education verification was approved?

Getting verified for Education doesn’t automatically upgrade your team. Even if your account shows as “Education,” the team you’re working in still needs to be upgraded or you need to create a new team to upgrade it.
