I was told by SheerID in my browser that I am verified but I am still on the starter plan. Other students from my university did not come by any issues even though we verified our accounts together.

I took a look at your Figma account associated with your forum email address, and it looks like you recently verified your email address with your Figma account earlier today. But it’s not indicated anywhere on your account that you’ve been verified through SheerID.
How exactly did you verify yourself with SheerID? Were you logged into your Figma account associated with your school email address then go to figma.com/education/apply?

I realized today that although I completed the verification process for my university email and the browser (SheerID) showed that the verification was successful, it somehow ended up being applied to my Figma-account which is connected with my Google-account (totally different mail since its a regular Gmail) instead of my university account. So I can actually select the Education plan but only on my Google account, but I don’t want it to be applied there.
When I try to verify with my correct educational address again through SheerID, it tells me that the offer has already been used.
Could you help me get the verification applied to the correct account?
