I am currently UC Berkeley Master’s student and ran into trouble verifying my education account: fanrm@berkeley.edu.
I verified it for a new account and accidentally deleted the account. Now I can neither get verified of student status by this email nor recover my deleted account. I have reported to Support Team but received no useful reply.
