I have been verified by the 3rd party company "SheerID" and I still cannot see the education plan options after clicking on the "new" tag in the file menu. What else do I need to do?
I submitted a ticket, but it’s been 10 days and no response. I have classwork I need to do. If there isn’t an education plan, please let me know so I can use another layout editor!
