Education plan not applied even though SheerID shows approved

Hi Figma team,

I use Figma under [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]. When I try to activate the Education plan and complete the verification form, I repeatedly get “Verification Limit Exceeded” after entering all the required information.

I contacted SheerID, and they confirmed my verification is already approved/activated and advised me to contact Figma to have it reflected on my account.

Verification details:

I also emailed education@figma.com earlier this week, but haven’t heard back yet.

My spring semester starts tomorrow and I need Education access for my course. Could you please help escalate and apply/restore the Education plan for this account? I can share screenshots if needed.
