My Figma Education plan is locked. I wrote to education@figma.com and sent my education ID. I also contacted SheerID, but they told me: “We are unable to process your verification request.”
I need help, please.

I understand that your Education team has been locked.
It seems you emailed education@figma.com about this yesterday. Our Education team reviews requests in the order they’re received, and the current response time is up to 5 business days — so please rest assured that you’ll be hearing back from them soon.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to review verification documents or confirm eligibility here in the Forum.
However, there’s something you can try to unlock your team in the meantime:
If your team had four or more files and you didn’t reverify your Education status, your Education team would have been downgraded to a free Starter team and locked.
To unlock it, please reduce your file count to three or fewer by moving files back to your Drafts or deleting unnecessary files.
