Hello,

I am a student  in college in Canada. My  Figma Education plan is locked. I wrote to education@figma.com and sent my education ID. I also contacted SheerID, but they told me: “We are unable to process your verification request.”

I need help, please.

Thank you for your previous response. I am contacting you again because I still have problems with my Figma Education Plan.
My account is still blocked and I haven’t received any updates. I really need access as soon as possible because we are now at the end of the semester and I must finish my final projects.
Could you please help me?
