I have tried several times to log in and verify my student profile, but each time it tells me I still need to "verify status." If I try again to verify it, I get the message "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What should I do? I’ve already contacted the figma support but they haven’t responded yet…

They’ll be able to look into the error and help you move forward.
I also wasn’t able to locate an open support ticket on our side. If you’ve already contacted the Figma Education team, could you share the ticket number here? I’ll be happy to take another look and make sure this is followed up on.
