Hi Figma Team,
I am writing this post as a last resort because I am currently unable to access my projects, which is critical for my ongoing work and portfolio preparation. I sent an official support request 4 days ago but have not received a response yet, and the delay is starting to become a major issue.
Context of the Issue: I have been a verified Education plan user since September 2025. Recently, my University of Washington email ([redacted PII - DJV 2/11/26]) was temporarily locked due to a technical issue with the school IT department. To ensure I didn't lose access to my files during that period, I temporarily changed my Figma account email to my personal Gmail.
The Current Problem: Now that my UW email is fully restored and active, I have reverted my Figma account back to [redacted PII - DJV 2/11/26]. However:

My Education plan status is no longer recognized.

When I try to re-verify, I get a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error. It seems the system is flagging my account due to the email changes and recovery attempts.
Verification Confirmed by SheerID: I have already coordinated with SheerID support. They confirmed that my status is still valid and active in their database. They explicitly directed me to Figma Support for a manual adjustment.

My Request: Since the verification is already active on SheerID's end, I just need a manual reset or restoration of the Education status on my Figma account.
