I’m trying to verify the educational institution my Figma account email is associated with, but am continuously receiving a “Verification Failed” page whenever I try to do this. I’ve filled out the request form for individual attention in verifying my account, but haven’t heard back even though that was a week ago.
How can I proceed with account verification?
