Education Account Verification

Hello,
I am a student at the Besta Institute in Treviso and I am trying to complete the verification process for the Education account. I would like to point out that I do not have any other official documents besides the ones I have already attached: these are the only materials the school provides to students that can prove my enrollment.
I would also like to note that my classmate  (redacted by the moderator due to PII) submitted the same type of documentation and was successfully approved for the Education license.
I kindly ask that you review my request again in light of this information.
I remain available for any further clarification.

Please note that Education verifications are fully handled by SheerID, and Figma isn’t able to manually approve accounts or override their decisions. Even if classmates were approved with similar documents, each case is reviewed individually based on SheerID’s criteria.

Since you’ve already submitted the only enrollment documents your school provides, the best next step is to contact SheerID directly and explain that these are the only official materials available from your institution. You can reach them using this form: https://support.sheerid.com/en-US/help-center/contact-form

They’re best equipped to reassess your submission and confirm whether your documents can be accepted.
