I went through the educational pipeline and used sheer ID to verify. I didnt have the option to upgrade my team at all. Went and attempted to do it again, i reached my limit. I reached out to Sheer ID themselves to talk to their customer support. Confirmed that I am verified through them through emails.
I figured it would take a few days. Its been 3 days, and I dont have a means to upgrade my Team to Education. I think something is borked for my Account on Figma? Id honestly love some help, I am trying to learn and make this a part of my pipeline.
I just think that something in the verification pipeline failed to trigger the Figma callback or something, but I dont know who to talk to regarding it.
