I understand you're having trouble accessing your file after your education status expired.
 

I checked the file link you provided. It appears that the file is in an education team, but the original creator’s education status seems to have expired.

The ownership of the file may have been transferred to the team admin. I recommend reaching out to the team admin to check on their current education status.

If the team admin’s education status has also expired, the education team will automatically be downgraded to a free Starter plan:

Under the Starter plan, the team is limited to: 3 Design files, 3 FigJam files, 3 Slides files

As long as the files in the team remain within these limits, the team will stay active.

To unlock, the team admin can: Move any excess files to team Drafts, Move files to another team or Upgrade to a professional plan
