I’m receiving an error of “user does not have editing permissions to modify file edit requests” even though the email from figma to approve the request is coming to my inbox, and I am in fact both the creator and the owner of said file.

 

There are several files I need to edit and they are seemingly stuck in a limbo state and in an endless loop. 

Also: Please bring back email addresses displayed along with the user names so we can clearly, and efficiently identify overlaps or gaps in users who have multiple emails but identical display user on names.

Hey ​@Sean Gallagher - sorry for the issues with your file permissions. I have limited visibility into individual user teams/files/accounts, so you’ll need some intervention from our support team to figure out why you’re suddenly locked out of the files you own.
