During Plugin review, Plugin Unpublished with No Email

Hi everyone, 

I initially submitted the plugin (ID: 1606264085778488100) with the wrong category, so I fixed it, and resubmitted. 

However, when I checked over the weekend, I found it was marked as "Unpublished" though I received no email or feedback explaining why. 

The page said to “publish a new version using a plugin with the same id.” I followed this exactly, immediately published a new version, and am now waiting for the review.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the review results?

I’d really appreciate any pointers or help with this. Thanks in advance!

Our Community moderation team’s goal is to be thoughtful and reasonably prompt in their review process. I can confirm that your plugin is in their review queue, but approval times vary depending on current volume and the team’s availability. They will typically contact you via your Figma account email to notify you of the decision.

Thank you for your response.

I have received the notice to publish again using the same ID, but this is the second time this same situation has occurred. The message said “To republish this resource, publish a new version using a plugin with the same id”.

 

Could you please confirm if I should simply resubmit the existing entry, or if I need to create an entirely new submission? I want to ensure the process is completed correctly.

It looks like you’re not receiving the emails from our Community Moderation Support team. For easy reference, here’s what the last email reply said:

“Thank you for submitting your resource, Shopm 플러그인, for review. Unfortunately we were not able to approve the resource at this time. Please refer back to our guidelines and resolve the issues below if you would like to resubmit.

To answer your question, no, I would not resubmit the existing entry. As per the team’s guidance, I recommend updating the plugin description to include more details about the plugin and how to use it. Hope this helps clarify to get your plugin approved!
