Duplicate Payment Charged for Figma Subscription

Figma deducted two payments within a single month; however, the subscription or account update was reflected only once.

I understand your concern about being charged twice in a single month for your team subscription.

This definitely needs a closer look. I see you've already submitted a support ticket, and thank you for doing that. 

The support ticket is the best channel for this, as we cannot discuss specific billing issues in the forum for security and privacy reasons.
