Good afternoon. I signed up for an annual subscription a month ago. Today I received a message that I have not paid my monthly invoice. But I have an annual subscription, why did I receive this monthly invoice? Maybe there was some kind of error? The notice states that I will lose access to projects if I do not pay this invoice. What should I do in such a situation?

Annual plans will always have a monthly plan attached to catch any overflow full seats added to your team. While the monthly plan cannot be removed, keeping your total full seat count within your annual plan’s coverage will ensure that there are no monthly charges.
If these are more editors (a paid, Full seat) than you expected, please downgrade unneeded design or FigJam users to the Viewer-Restricted role.
