Duplicate charges for Figma subscription

Hello,

I noticed that I am being charged twice per month for my Figma subscription. Could you please check why this is happening?

It seems that there may be duplicate charges for the same subscription plan. If this is an error on your side, I would like to request a refund for the incorrect charges.

Please let me know the reason for these payments and assist in resolving the issue.

While we’re not able to assist with billing and account issues here in the forum, you can determine what these charges are within your account. Go to the files browser, then click on Admin on the left. Next, go to Billing. You can see your subscription there, view the next invoice, and see how many seats you are being charged for. By check seats, subscriptions, and potential add-ons, you’ll be able to understand what those charges are. Having said that, if you believe that you shouldn’t have been billed let me know. I’ll create a ticket for you with our support team so they can take a look.
