Drop shadow not exporting with SVG

Hello! I’m running into an issue with drop shadows. When I export as an SVG, the drop shadows are not exporting. I have read through every forum entry I’ve found related to this and none of the suggested solutions work. I really need to get this figured out because shadows on certain elements are a key part of the branding for my company.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Try framing the entire thing and export as SVG, it worked for me.

    This one it's a very strange bug, because if I open the SVG file on Adobe Illustrator the shadows are not visible, but if I view it through Microsoft Edge (yes, it's possible) the shadows are visible… 😶

      My developer is saying that there are errors when converting my graphics with inner and outer shadows to vector. I initially opened the svg in Adobe Illustrator and no shadows display. However if I open the svg with effects in Chrome (macOS), it displays as expected. Iery strange bug indeed!
