I have been working on a few design files that were saved in my Drafts. I noticed that these files are no longer accessible, and I am unable to locate them in Drafts, Projects, or Trash.
I cannot overstate how important these files are to me, and how much I need them back asap. What caused this?? How can I fix it??

I understand your concern lose access to important files you were working on in Drafts.

In the meantime, I checked on our end and can see that you have access to multiple teams.
As a reminder, each team has its own Drafts and Trash spaces. If you haven’t already, please double-check the Drafts and Trash for each team by switching teams in your file browser to make sure nothing was missed.
Also, if you happen to have the file URLs for any of the missing files, please reply to the ticket email with those links. This will help our team investigate the file locations more effectively.
