Downgrading our plan - Support unresponsive

Hey,

 

Me and my team sent out 2 tickets (1806133, 1823227) for an amendment of our existing plan because we do not need the enterprise plan, nor the rest of the seats in this capacity, and since the support team is unresponsive I’m resorting to hopefully finding a resolution here.
