Ive put in multiple requests for help @ https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but ive not heard anything back. im worried that if any of our staff log out and log back in using SSO they will lose their work. Please help. It would be great if you guys had some automated help like intercomm or even a way to see the status of a ticket that was in process. thanks.
The main problem is after I changed our domain in gsuite. I logged out and back in via SSO and my work was gone. So I don’t know how to change the domain in figma so folks also don’t lose their work.
