While you were experiencing that, we also received reports from other users in your area. Our engineers found that there was a connection issue with the ISPs affecting Figma in your region. Sorry we couldn't get back to you sooner.
If you're still seeing the same problem, let's check if other websites are working. You can try accessing https://www.youtube.com/ as a test.
If other websites aren't loading too: It sounds like your internet might be having issues. You should probably contact your internet provider to see if they know about any problems.
If only Figma.com is having trouble: Try connecting to a different internet connection, like your phone's personal hotspot, and see if Figma loads then. Also, if you're using a VPN or proxy, try turning it off for a minute to see if that helps
