Hello, I lost access to some of my documents since the last update that limit the free plan to 3 documents. What I want to know is whether I can regain access to the documents at least in view mode as a considerable amount of work went into them.

Do you have any file links or the files names for the documents you’re trying to recover? We can take a look on the backend and see what we can do.
