I submitted my subscription application a long time ago, but I haven't received a response yet. I would appreciate your assistance in completing this process. Thank you very much.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out, and I appreciate your patience while waiting on your subscription application! Just to confirm, did you submit a verification request for the Education plan? To do that, you can follow the steps (for educators) in our Help Center article: Figma For Education

Please also note, for this process, Figma isn’t able to review documents or confirm individual eligibility directly. This is handled by our verification partner, SheerID, who has access to the required tools.

To help get this sorted, there’s a dedicated contact point for Figma users on SheerID’s side. If you haven’t heard back yet, I recommend reaching out to their team directly at figmasupport@sheerid.com. They can look into your application status and assist you further. Thank you!
