Here we go…
Figma doesn’t work well with DM Sans font in prototype mode, for people who don’t have it installed locally.
Special symbols (like arrows ->) are replaced with emojis, and some text sections are disappearing completely. Switch back to the design file, and everything is fine there.
The funny thing is that the right font is displayed for a few milliseconds before Figma starts to display the bugged one (I guess because it needs some time to load the bugged font, while displaying what’s came from the design source).
Seems like Figma is pulling an old Google font in the prototype mode.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
