Dear Figma Billing Team,
I am the account administrator for Beijing Sirius Company’s Figma organization. I’m reaching out to seek your assistance with a billing discrepancy we’ve encountered following our recent annual plan renewal.
We successfully renewed our annual plan on March 13, 2026, covering the period from March 8, 2026 to March 8, 2027. The corresponding invoice (#C783A69F-0021, issued March 8, 2026) reflects 7 Full seats and 1 Dev seat, which has been paid in full.
However, I’d like to highlight an inconsistency we’ve observed in our Billing Overview dashboard. Prior to March 13, the dashboard consistently displayed 8 Full seats. For context, our 2025 billing was indeed for 8 Full seats, and we intentionally reduced the count to 7 for this year’s renewal. Throughout this transition, I have only taken actions to decrease seat count—never to increase it.
What’s puzzling is that now, in the “Next quarterly invoice (due June 8)” section, we see an additional quarterly charge for what appears to be an extra Full seat. This means we are effectively seeing both our annual renewal invoice and a separate quarterly invoice generated simultaneously, despite having made no changes that would justify an increase in seats.
To clarify, our organization has consistently maintained fewer than 7 Full seats in active use, and we have never exceeded the 7‑seat limit we renewed for. I’m unsure why the dashboard has continued to show an extra seat, and I would greatly appreciate your help in understanding and resolving this issue.
Could you please investigate why this extra quarterly invoice item was generated and assist us in removing it? We simply want our billing to accurately reflect our actual seat usage and the annual plan we’ve already paid for.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from our side. Thank you for your time and help—I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
YangLiping
