Disappointment on upgrading my plan and finding errors on Figma Agents

I can't use my Figma Agent or any AI features after upgrading my plan to Full Plan Seat. It always showing  'Something went wrong, try again'. Believe me, I tried everything but I can’t find the solution. Also followed these methods: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/24142105480343-Troubleshoot-AI-tools-in-Figma.

Can you please help me into this matter asap. Thank you!
