Question

Did anyone have problems yesterday with prototype flows breaking in Figma?

Yesterday I had a big problem with Figma, it simply broke all the flows that had already been made. I had also previously used the Html to Design plugin. But even redoing the prototyping flows it continued to break and turn off flows.

    Can’t solve your problem, but can at least affirm you’re not the only one. I’ve had consistent issues with Figma breaking things while no one is looking (everything works on review at the end of the day, return in the morning and it’s broken). Components, animations, prototype views and flows both tend to be consistently problematic.

    I checked for other reports related to the prototype issue you described, and things look to be on the up and up. Is this still happening on your end? If so, these quick fixes from our troubleshooting checklist may help.

     

    If the issue persists, please reach out to our Support team and include the following:

    • a full-size screen recording showing the steps leading up to the issue (if possible)
    • a link to the file, along with any related libraries
    • ensure that support-share@figma.com has been granted edit access to the file.

     

    With that info, we will be able to take a closer look and get things sorted out. And of course, feel free to reach out here in the Forum if anything else comes up.
