Dev Mode seat not unlocked in desktop app

We have a confirmed Dev seat assigned to a user (Organization → Members shows Dev, upgraded by admin, billing active, role = Software development).

Dev Mode works correctly on figma.com, but in the Desktop App clicking the </> Dev Mode icon triggers a “request Dev Mode access” flow, as if the user didn’t have a Dev seat.

We already verified:

  • Dev seat assignment and billing

  • User role (not guest / not external)

  • Organization settings (no Dev Mode restrictions)

  • Full macOS cache + preferences reset

  • Remove & re-invite user

This seems to be an account-level Dev Mode entitlement desync affecting the Desktop App only.

Could you please re-sync or refresh the Dev Mode entitlement for this user?
