Dev mode not seen in Inspect panel

Hi,

I recently purchased the professional subscription and have a Full seat. I am the Admin.

I am unable to see Dev mode button in Inspect but Shift+D toggles to Dev mode. 

How do I turn on Dev mode in Inspect panel?
