This didn't happen before. But, as if due to recent updates, the temperature is now constantly at 70 degrees Celsius, and the computer is extremely noisy due to the fan. The processor is at 11% load. In the browser version, the temperature is 60 degrees Celsius, but the processor is at 5%. Therefore, there's no noise.

It's uncomfortable to work in the browser version, but it's even more uncomfortable when the fan is incredibly noisy. What could be the problem?
