Design file missing

I am facing an issue regarding a design file created in an Education organization. I am an admin on this organization.

We cannot find an important design file, and when trying to open it via its ink we see the following error:

I should be the owner of this file, and it does not appear I am anymore. I created it earlier this month. Nobody in our organization has found an email from Figma that this mentions.
