Design changes are vanishing!

I checked on our system but couldn’t locate your ticket number, if you already submitted a ticket for this please let us know the ticket number.

​@Junko3 I raised bug report with all required details, I have received email after raising the ticket, but no where I can see the ticket no.

I was able to locate your ticket (#1865014) — thanks for submitting! However, it looks like the file URL wasn't included in the ticket as mentioned in my private message. Could you reply to the ticket email with the file URL when you get a chance?

I’m continuously loosing AI credits and no work progress had been made.

I can see how this is frustrating when you are using AI credits! I looked up the ticket that ​@Junko3 referenced but did not see the file reference you mention.Can you reply to that ticket again and include the file link? Thanks!
