Checking in here to help move things forward on your deleted file question. If a file is still in Trash in your file browser, you may be able to restore it. Delete and restore files walks through the steps, plus what to check if it isn’t showing up there.

If it was permanently deleted and you’re on a paid plan, you can reach out to Customer Support through the Support Hub with the file link. From there, they can confirm whether it’s recoverable. Let me know if you have any trouble getting through and I’ll be happy to help connect. 🙏🏻
