Deleted account without canceling professional plan

I accidentally deleted my account without canceling my professional plan first, and now I am getting billed $260 every month. I re-activated the account, but I lost the professional plan access and could not cancel the plan from the re-activated account.

 

I was not able to get a hold of Figma’s customer service to resolve this. Can somebody please help?
