Custom domain DNS verification stuck + incomplete code export from Figma Make

I’m reporting an issue with a production project for Aegis AI Lab.

Problem 1 — Custom Domain:
My domain aegisailab.com has been pending DNS verification for several hours after adding the required records at my registrar. The site works on the Figma subdomain, but the custom domain does not complete verification.

Problem 2 — Code Export:
I used Download code in Figma Make. The ZIP contains src/, components, vite.config.ts, package.json, and deployment files, but it does not include:

  • tsconfig.json

  • any image/assets directory (the app references figma imports)

  • favicon assets such as vite.svg

I need to deploy this as a fully standalone Vite/React app without manually reconstructing configuration or assets.

What I need clarified:

  1. Whether DNS verification is currently delayed or stuck on Figma’s side.

  2. Whether the export is complete by design, or if something failed during generation.

  3. The official recommended workflow for exporting a fully runnable project from Figma Make.

This is a production deployment, so I’d appreciate engineering-level guidance.

I checked on our end and can see that you’ve already submitted a support ticket regarding this (#1718653). Since you’re requesting engineering-level guidance, this is something our specialist will need to investigate more deeply.

In the meantime, I checked on our end and don’t currently see a verified custom domain associated with your Professional plan team.
