Ctrl+D not working

Can you confirm the following:

• Are you using Windows or Mac?
• Is this happening in the browser, the desktop app, or both?
• Have you checked your keyboard settings in Figma to make sure they match your system’s configuration? You can find more details here: Keyboard Layout Settings.
• Could you try clearing your cache to see if that resolves the issue?
