Critical Issue: A page and all of it's work is gone. Version history shows timestamps of all the work but each one is empty

Hi, 

As the title states, a bunch of work I did with a coworker has vanished from the file. It’s a completely blank canvas. When I go to version history, there are time stamps of a bunch of edits we made to the work, but they are all blank as well.

How can I get this back? We tried to bring it up during a client call and couldn't show all of the work the client was expecting. 

Any help is appreciated. Let me know what I need to share.

Hi ​@Patrick_Foley1. That’s really unfortunate that this came up during a call with a client. With the canvas and earlier versions both appearing blank, I think our team will need to investigate the specific file.

 

I’ve created a ticket for you with our support team which you should get via email shortly. Can you reply to that with a link to the file in question, along with any other relevant info (last time edited, types of edits, etc)? Thank you for your patience!
